Tai Chi and Qigong are exercise systems which promote healing and vitality; you really can make positive and lasting changes to your emotional, physical and spiritual health. There are many positive effects of practising these wonderful, slow movements. Maybe you need to improve your balance, coordination or strength. Maybe you would like to feel more relaxed, meet new friends, or find a new hobby.
Classes are relaxed, informal and friendly and suitable for all regardless of age or current physical ability.
