Viewing or taking part in SODC Planning Committee meetings

SODC is currently conducting council committee meetings online via video conferencing

Councillors will use Microsoft Teams to take part in meetings and you can watch the proceedings online using a link that SODC will publish on the meeting agenda pages of the SODC website five days prior to the meeting.

SODC will also publish the link to each meeting via its Facebook  and Twitter  pages.

Each meeting has an agenda which is published five days in advance. Copies of the agenda and reports are available online. 

View a meeting

If you wish to view a meeting, please visit the agenda page and click on the video link. This will be made available five days prior to the meeting.

Taking part in a meeting

If you wish to take part as an objector or supporter in a meeting you must email planningbusinessenquiries@southandvale.gov.uk by 12 noon two working days before the meeting. You will then receive an email link so that you can take part.

Submitting a statement

Alternatively, you can submit a statement by email in advance of the meeting. In order for your contribution to be included you must email it to planningbusinessenquiries@southandvale.gov.uk by 12 noon two working days before the meeting. You will then receive an email confirming the meeting details and a link so you can watch the live proceedings.
