Dog fouling

Would the man who stood and watched one of his two German Shepherds make the most horrible pile of mess outside my house Lime Cottage New Rd at 00.32hrs this morning please come and clear it up.

The reason I know the time is because my ring doorbell has very clear footage of him and his dogs.Before I share this footage I would like to give him the opportunity to clear it up. I have a spare poo bag if he's short. Thank you.
