Second Crossways Appeal

The Inspector has allowed the appeal i.e. he has given permission for the 11 houses to be built. In the Decision Notice he was very critical of SODC's failure to present up to date housing land supply figures at the hearing.

Just to remind everyone that the Planning Inspector will be holding a hearing on this appeal tomorrow Tuesday the 5th July, at the Henley Rugby Club. I believe it starts at 10am. It is an awkward time, but it would be great if anyone who could spare the time could come along.

The appeal against refusal for 20 houses has been withdrawn. The appeal against refusal for 11 houses remains live.
