A4155 road closure at retirement village 15, 16, 17 November

Residents may have noticed  signs outside the retirement village (under construction) stating that the A4155 there will be closed for three days on 15, 16, 17 November.

I am currently trying to establish with OCC officers whether this is a 24-hour or a night-only closure. Furthermore, I am seeking clarification what measures will be taken to ensure traffic does not simply divert down Station Road/Mill Road/Mill Lane and vice-versa.

Officers have confirmed that the closures will be between 21:00 and 05:00. They have agreed to erect 'Access Only' signs at the A4155/Station Road and A4155/Mill Lane junctions in order to discourage rat-running through the village.

This website shows all roadworks in England. Search by postcode or town, and then you can filter for next two weeks. It shows that the closure is 9pm to 5am 15th to 17th…. https://one.network/ I’d share the screenshot of the map but can’t add photos here….
