Property Maintenance

We have a vacancy at ManningUK in Henley for a Property Maintenance person with immediate effect.

3 days a week

Would consider as an employee or self-employed.

We are looking for someone who is reliable can turn his/her hand to anything. Able to work unsupervised and can see what needs doing and just gets on with it. Obviously honest and trustworthy.

The duties are varied and unexpected on occasions. This includes basic plumbing, basic electrics (we will use a qualified electrician for anything complicated) decorating including wall paper hanging, gardening, trips to the tip and occasionally driving duties. In fact, you can turn your hand to most things. Properties are all local and you may be asked to assist a local elderly client if they need help with something basic.
