Plumbing / heating engineer

Looking (including recommendations) for  a heating engineer to come & change the filling loop on my boiler - usually I top it up but this time when I switched the handle nothing happened. 

We currently do not have any heating or hot water so whilst I know it's not cold - I have 2 teenagers who I do not want to smell & need to shower!!!

I would call Henley Heating and Plumbing 01491 576359 and when they come ask them why you are having to refill your system. to me its an indication you have a leak somewhere.
