Dead trees in New Road - be alert when walking!

There is a totally dead large tree in unadopted New Road.  It will become dangerous over time, I am not sure if anyone is doing anything about this? There are also two totally dead conifers in the grounds of another property, just inside the property boundary with the road; these are so dangerous that one was swaying from the base in the very high winds a couple of weeks ago!  I feel it won't be long until that one falls down, these have a shallow horizontal root system.  I have made nearby residents aware.
